Hineteiwaiwa Gold Mirror Moko Kauae

This is the moko kauae design I have created for Hineteiwaiwa. I wanted to create something more contemporary that acknowledges her as the goddess of raranga (weaving) and childbirth. The engraved diamond represents life within the wharetangata, and the outer weaving pattern encapsulates a woman’s silhouette.
