Her creativity is expressed through the art of raranga (weaving), and extends to other forms of expression ruled by the feminine. Childbirth, an extremely sacred ritual, is a time when we can call upon Hineteiwaiwa to provide safe passage for our pēpi (baby) on their journey to Te Ao Mārama (the world of light).
